Airsoft QMS is different from other online shops. You could call us more of a "custom shop" than an airsoft retailer. We have been in the business of upgrading and customizing airsoft guns for over 15 years and still have as much passion about it as we did back then. If you dont see something that your after drop us a mail at sales@airsoftqms.com.

We will never charge your card until the goods have been packed and are waiting to be picked up. You card is processed offline once the goods have been picked and ready for packaging if for some reson there was an extended delay on sending your goods out we will be in contact to see if you still require the items.

We get loads of emails so some times it can take longer than we like to get back to you and in some cases we accidently miss them and fail to respond please let me say I am deeply sorry if you are one of these people. Please call us with any questions or information you might require between the hrs of 10.00-17.00 Monday- Friday.

We stand by the products we sell if for any reson you are not happy with the product you received please contact our sales department on sales@airsoftqms.com or give us a call within 7 days of receiving your order and once the product is returned we will give you a refund less the P&P costs. We use Royalmail and Flight Logistics to send out parcels.
